LK Solutions, Inc. proprietary PACC model was independently developed to introduce the concept, develop the design, provide the implementation and monitor the operations of a hospitals pre-admission registration department.

The PACC model is implemented onsite with a one-time flat rate that delivers an all-inclusive package providing your facility with standard job descriptions, policy and procedures, standardized scheduling reservation forms, contact center scripting and training for pre-admission registration, inpatient notification, and insurance verification.  In addition, the PACC model provides a customized authorization requirements grid along with benchmarks and KPI's that can be monitored and achieved.

The PACC model can be deployed using centralized or non-centralized scheduling departments and is best suited for hospitals that are more interested in transferring Patient Access job responsibilities to achieve structure, increased patient satisfaction and throughput while merging workflow and reducing overtime versus consolidating or eliminating seasoned personnel.
